Simply Education’s long term goals are to become the leading agency in the local area as well as to expand in to the neighbouring counties and to become a major contributor in solving supply requirements across all key stages. We currently have a large teacher base but continue to recruit in the local areas so as to meet the daily demands of Primary and Secondary requirements.

Recruitment Policy

Our recruitment procedures are:

• Face to Face Interview
• Fully Enhanced CRB (Expiry 24 month after issued date)
• Proof of ID
• Original teaching certificates 
  1. UK teachers require PGCE, B Ed or relevant teaching qualifications
  2. Overseas Teachers must be verified by UK Naric and have minimum of 3 months experience in the UK.
• All British qualified must be registered with the General Teaching Council.
• All teachers have a list 99 POCOL Check completed on them every 3 months.
• All references will be obtained.
