Hi my name is Adam Shulman and I am the managing director of Simply Education. My business partner Sharon and I started Simply Education in January 2006 with the view to be the leading agency in our current location. We are very proud to have secured investment in Simply Education from James Caan of BBC’s Dragon Den.

Since having my own business and a 13yr old daughter I don’t get much time for my self. But the little time I do have you will catch me trying to get on a plane to get some sunshine.

Hi, I am Sharon Sperrin Sales Director for Simply Education, I started Simply Education ltd in January 2006 with Adam Shulman. Simply is the best agency in the home counties and with recent backing from James Caan the skies the limit for Simply. Out of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, walking my three dogs and have a keen interest in photography.

Hi my name is Victoria Shulman and I have been looking after the administration and compliance team at Simply Education since 2006. Over the past four years I have enjoyed watching the company grow whilst always keeping our very high standards of compliance. I have a experienced team who have helped me achieve 100% in our quality mark audit for 2 years running now . In my very little spare time I have a second job as a chauffeur to a very demanding 13 year old (my daughter) and enjoy swimming and spending time with my friends and family.

Hi My Name is Jason and I am the Northern Sales Director.I oversee the running of the Northampton, Leicester and Coventry offices and have the pleasure of managing five fantastic consultants. I have been with Simply Education since 2006 and have enjoyed growing the company into the major player it now is across 5 counties. I have been in Recruitment since 2002 and would not wish to be in any other industry.

Outside of work I am an avid follower of Manchester United , the Springboks and can still manage a mean game of cricket on a Sunday afternoon. My teenage daughter takes up any other free time that I have but every now and then manage to get some sunshine in or try and get my old knees onto a snow board for a bit of fun.

Hi. I am Ross Davies the Cambridgeshire Branch Manager at Simply Education. I have over six years experience in both temporary and permanent recruitment.  I find my role at Simply Education challenging yet rewarding, trying to find the right balance between schools that call on our services and registering great teachers. I enjoy working for Simply Education as the atmosphere in the office is superb whilst everybody works hard to maintain the highest standard of compliance. In my spare time I can usually be found by the side of the river fishing or depending on the weather, firing up the BBQ.

Hi, my name is Leeann Ackermann, I am the Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire Regional Manager for Simply Education. I have been with Simply Education for 4 years now and run the Luton Primary and Secondary Desk. I enjoy working with the schools and teachers and have built a great relationship with them and found it to be very rewarding. Being from South Africa I enjoy being outdoors with my family and friends (weather permitting) and showing off my varied taste in pets which are large snakes and lizards just to name a few.

I have a young son in school and therefore understand the demands for good teachers. Working with Simply Education has shown me that working hard can create a fun and friendly environment. I am looking forward to the direction that Simply Education is taking and I am excited to be a part of it.

Hi I’m Stephen, I am the Buckinghamshire Regional Manager for Simply Education and have worked in Education recruitment since the start of 2007. I Grew up in Marlow in Buckinghamshire before moving to Nottingham to Complete my Degree in Politics and International Relations. In December 2009 i relocated to Northamptonshire to be closer to my family in Buckinghamshire.

I Started my Education Recruitment career in Nottingham in 2007 covering Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. I enjoyed placing people in schools from the outset and was able to increase the Number of Schools and Teachers working for the company. Due to this success i was awarded the Employee of the Year award in 2008. With an imminent move to Northamptonshire I was looking for a new company that followed the same belief in maintaining high levels of Safe Guarding. In Simply Education I found a company that maintains the highest possible standards in the industry and was lucky enough to be offered the role of Buckinghamshire consultant, an area in which I had grown up.

Hi I’m Hollie and I am responsible for recruitment in Oxfordshire. I started at Simply Education in April 2010 and bring over 6 years experience in finding people the right job, for me that is what my job is all about and why I love recruitment so much. One thing you can be certain of is that I take your career very seriously and I will support you all of the way, whether you are looking for a new challenge on a permanent basis or you are available for supply teaching cover. Outside of work I enjoy socialising with friends, scuba diving, running, and being shouted at by a group of guys in army gear over the park (apparently it's actually a fitness class called Forces Fit!). I am also in the process of teaching my partner to be a better shopper, bag carrier and to make the bed.

Hi, my name is Denisa and I am the Northampton Senior Consultant.  I’ve been with Simply Education since December 2009 and I run a very busy Primary School desk.  Through hard work i have recently been promoted to my current position. I am thoroughly enjoying my tenure at Simply Education and could not recommend the company highly enough.

I love reading novels and my partner and I enjoy exploring the wonderful British countryside with our two cocker spaniels at the weekend.i also enjoy jumping around in front of my Television to the latest Zumba workouts.

Hi, I am Daniel Black and I cover the Bedford and Hertfordshire areas. I have over 4 years recruitment experience as well as 6 years in a sales support role. For the last 13 months I have been solely within Education recruitment and have managed to build long lasting relationships with both schools and Teachers, having three young children I can appreciate the need for high quality supply Teachers and support staff and ensure that I only send the best available Teachers to my schools. 

Having recently joined simply I am hoping to apply my knowledge and skills that I have gained over the last ten years to forge new and maintain the relationships that I have built within this sector. I am an avid Formula 1 and motorsport fan and try and get to as many race events as possible or if the weather is favourable you can find me fishing in Hertfordshire.

Hi, my name is Emma Munn and I am the Primary School consultant for Cambridgeshire. I have recently joined Simply Education and bring with me four years recruiting experience. Finding the right person for the job is a real passion of mine and what keeps me in recruitment. During my four years in recruiting I have always maintained excellent relationships with both my clients and candidates by understanding their needs whilst maintaining a high service level.

I have a young daughter who is coming up to school age so Education is definitely an area that I have an invested interest in and I fully understand the need to have top quality supply teachers readily available, which is something I believe I can apply here at Simply Education.
Outside work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, I also enjoy visiting new places so I try and get away for the weekends as much as possible.

I have been working in recruitment for a number of years within the social work sector so have strong experience & understanding of the safe guarding procedures required for schools.

Hi there my name is Paula Roberts and I am the new consultant for Leicestershire. I have over 5 years experience in educational recruitment within Leicestershire. My goal is to provide an excellent and friendly service to both schools and teachers.

My passion is health and fitness, of which I attend the gym regularly and love all classes. I like to travel and experience other cultures. My favourite destination to date is Philadelphia, but I have a few more places yet that I would like to try, including Asia.
