I met with a representative (Hollie Kadic) from Simply Education in October last year (2010) when we discussed my school’s particular needs in terms of cover.

Hollie understood perfectly the child protection concerns regarding arranging for a supply teacher. Each time we book a supply teacher we receive an email (usually within 10 minutes) with the supply teachers details and qualifications including a photograph and an electronic copy of their CRB. I have found that this has made my job easier in the mornings.

We have found the pricing very competitive and can also get ‘half day’ cover. With-in one or two days an electronic timesheet is received for signature and shortly after an electronic invoice. We have had no problems with billing and found them very efficient.

I receive a friendly message every morning before 8.00am from Hollie advising me on the availability of supply teachers in our area. Sometimes it has been as late as 8:30am when I have put in a call for a supply teacher and I have never been told that there are none available.

I have been able to put my trust in Simply Education to provide me with what I need when I need it and have therefore not needed to source elsewhere.

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending SIMPLY EDUCATION to you as a provider of excellent cover teachers.

I have used SIMPLY EDUCATION for the first time this academic year and when I met Hollie Kadic, the consultant for my area, I specified exactly the kind of supply teacher I was looking for. My main requirement was a supply teacher who was willing to engage with the students. Many previous cover teachers had in all honesty just been there to mind the class rather than work actively with them. I am happy to say that all of the supply teachers provided by SIMPLY EDUCATION have met this requirement to the letter. They have all been excellent. Where possible Hollie has sent us a teacher who has been here before and thus we have built up a relationship with the teacher and they know the school which increases the contribution they can make to the school. All of the supply teachers have arrived punctually and in some case much earlier than I had asked which gives them time to prepare for their classes.

I have found SIMPLY EDUCATION and Hollie to be extremely efficient – a comment which some of the supply teachers have also made. Within a few minutes of placing a booking I receive an email confirming the name of the supply teacher and giving me all the information I need to maintain my Central Record of supply teachers. This includes a .pdf copy of the first page of their CRB form. I find this system to be really useful as it saves me a great deal of time. Other agencies I have used in the past have occasionally failed to give me this vital information, or I have had to spend time logging on to a website to track it down for myself.

Timesheets are emailed to me and it is then simply a matter of agreeing them and faxing them back.

I am more than happy with all aspects of the service provided by SIMPLY EDUCATION and cannot recommend them too highly.
