We are currently looking for a seasoned education consultant who would initially start a new desk running from Bedford head office, but with a view to heading up the new office based in Oxford. Simply Education first established itself in Jan 2006 with Adam and Sharon (Directors) making a name for themselves as an honest and reliable agency to work for as teachers and for schools to use. Since then we have grown to 13 and are leading agency in many areas. Simply Education has recently joined forces with James Cann's group HB Rida after being approached in 2009 as one of the few Educational agencies in the South East of the UK and who had the vision and willingness grow into a contender for market leader in southern/midland area of the UK. The role involves contacting new schools and brining in new business. The consultant is also responsible for searching CV's on job boards, posting their own long term and perm placements. They will also need to arrange their own interviews with candidates, they will interview candidates and then pass completed application packs to our admin team. In house training will be given to help bring this area on. The Candidate They will need to be able to drive as school visits are a must, they will go out to deliver promotional goods and to visit new schools. They must be able to arrange school visits for new schools KPI's will be set for this, and also be able to deliver a presentation to contacts at the schools. This is not a hard sale environment but we want people who are eager to sell, and create lasting relationships with the schools and teachers. We have a good team at the current time who all get on well and enjoy many evenings out. We have many team building and reward days for the team. They get the call out phone once a week in the evening. They also get the call out phone once a month for the weekend. Incentives We offer a good pay and bonus package. They will also be involved in our quarterly incentives based on performance. The basic salary and commission if they hit targets is set for over £35k in the first year.
