It's Valentine's Day - cue bunches of roses, boxes of chocolates and an abundance of pink hearts! In all seriousness though, Valentine's Day can be a great opportunity to give praise to someone you are appreciative of, whether it be your partner, best friend, parent or pet. In our case, we wanted to say a massive thank you to all of our fantastic supply teachers and support staff for all of the hard work that they do, day in and day out. Education is not an easy profession to be in, whether its supply teaching, permanent teaching or working as support, and we greatly appreciate all that you do! In honour of this special day, we sent a survey to our candidates to find out what teaching staff love (both inside and outside of the classroom).
