A lovely village school outside of Banbury are currently seeking a SEN (special educational needs) Teaching Assistant to join their team full time. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to support children with complex needs in their learning. The teaching assistant will have previous experience working in a special educational need setting and are compassionate, engaging and nurturing in all that they do. The special education need assistant will provide either one to one support or small group support. This role is 5 days a week and will be to start as soon as possible.
