Well-being assistant - Full time - Northampton A specialist provision in the area is looking to expand their team! After great success of internal promotions the school wants to grow their support team for the students. The provision is highly specialised to suit the needs of the students in attendance. Experience is not necessary but a passion to support children and young people with special educational needs is essential. The students at this school have social communication difficulties, some may present behaviour difficulties and other challenges. All students within the school have an educational, health and care plan (EHCP) as their needs are long term.
