Role: Psychology Graduate Salary: £375-425 per week Location: Whitchurch Start Date: Easter Start Contract: Full-time, Long-term contract Simply Education is excited to be working in partnership with local SEND and SEMH provisions in Cheshire. We are looking for enthusiastic and talented Psychology graduates to going our team as teaching assistants within our provisions. Within our schools we take a pastoral approach to learning to build our students rapport and promote their engagement in learning. Our settings are inclusive of all our students needs including Autism, ADHD and aspects of behaviour. The successful Psychology graduate must be confident in their approach, resilient and the ability to build rapport with our young people. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can commit to full time hours (Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 3:30) as the consistency for our students is priority. Within your day you may be working with a small group of students or on a 1:1 basis to support students to access their learning or develop life skills. I you are a recent Psychology Graduate looking for your first school-based role our opportunities will provide you with consistent days to utilise your new knowledge and expertise whilst making a positive impact in our students educational Journey.
