Job description: Face to face tutor (1:1)
Primary Curriculum
Working with EHCP's or SEND children is desired
Immediate start - ongoing
Simply Education are seeking to recruit tutors that can work with 3 different children and families. These set times with children are 1.5 hour or 2 hour slots.
Primary curriculum knowledge is desired, as well as understanding SEND children and EHCP's plans.
Working within the family home, parents or carers are present. Helping children with sensory activities, maths, english and science. Encouraging children's independence and helping the children to thrive and succeed in their own tailored learning.
The successful candidate;
- build rapport quickly with the children and families
- forward thinking
- planning to a tailored curriculum
- understand children's EHCP's
- engage the children in activities
- promote independence
