Salary: £12.82 to £14.61 per hour 

Location – Crewe

Start – Immediate start available!

Hours – Between 15 and 40 a week – Flexible between Monday and Friday (Between 08:30-17:30)

Simply Education are proud to be working with a fantastic Nursery based in Crewe, Cheshire who have a role for a dedicated childcare practitioner to join their close-knit team. The hours are flexible between 8:30-5:30, giving you the option to work either part-time or full-time.

This Nursery provides a beautiful setting in an old school building, where they provide a secure, warm, home away from home atmosphere, they also promote nature sustainability and have forest school. The manager's outstanding leadership has created a highly skilled, qualified and passionate team within this nursery, the successful candidates will be joining a team with a large support network.

The ideal candidate will have:

-Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

-Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.

-Experience of the EYFS and using it within a nursery setting.

-Be enthusiastic, passionate and full of ideas to encourage learning and development.

-Either level 2/3 Early Years Childcare qualification or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

-Contribute to a high standard of quality within the nursery, including practice, environment and resources to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

-Plan and facilitate activities, and support children’s learning at all times

-Ensure that equality of access and opportunity is provided to all children, parents, staff and visitors.

-Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, colleagues and visitors.

-Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures and undertake a shared responsibility for cleanliness and health and safety throughout the nursery
