Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

Location: Bolton

Contract: Full time

Salary: 43,000 to 50,000

Duties for the role:

- To promote the welfare of young people

- To ensure regulatory compliance under the Children’s Homes Regulations

- To provide a responsive service using appropriate methods of assessment and intervention within relevant statutory and company requirements

- To manage and supervise a team of Support Workers

- To ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies whilst creating safe, positive, nurturing placements for children and young people

Essential Requirements for the Children's Home Registered Manager role:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a children’s home

Management experience within a children's home settings

Experience working with children who have moderate to severe learning disabilities, autism, physical impairments and complex needs.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
