We are working with a two-form all through school in Corby who are looking for a Cover Teacher to join their team. The successful Cover Teacher will be expected to provide cover for class teachers including covering regular cover for PPA as well as leading interventions for groups of pupils.The Cover Teacher will need have obtained QTS and have strong behaviour management skills, be adaptable and flexible and show passion in their everyday duties. The role also includes planning and preparing lessons with liaison with the class teacher as well as assessing and marking within the lesson. This school is committed to providing their children with a wide range of enrichment opportunities as well as educating all pupils through quality first teaching.
• All candidates who register with Simply Education will be required to have an enhanced DBS which is on the Update Service.
• All candidates are required to complete a Safeguarding course, or provide a certificate dated within the last three years.
