Exciting Opportunity for a Drama Teacher in Northamptonshire!

Are you a passionate and creative Drama teacher looking for a new challenge?

Inspire students with your love for the performing arts.

Drama Teacher Responsibilities:

-Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons for students across various year groups.

-Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels confident to express themselves.

-Organize and direct school plays and Drama productions.

-Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

-Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enhance the learning ex-perience.

Drama Teacher Requirements:

-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.

-Strong knowledge of Drama and the performing arts curriculum.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.

-Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

You will need:

-An Enhanced DBS on the update service

-Bachelor's degree in Science or related field

-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

-Up-to-date knowledge of the national curriculum

-Experience delivering and presenting a lesson.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting student well-being.

-Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic educational setting.

-All candidates are required to complete a Safeguarding course, or provide a certificate dated within the last three years.

All candidates will have commitment to and responsibility for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people to the relevant extent of the role.
