Early years supply teacher
Early Years Teacher needed for daily supply and short term roles this term.
The schools in question have many good features and is effective in providing its pupils with high quality teaching to ensure they achieve. They are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate Early Years Teacher who will promote the values, caring ethos and vision of the school.
Despite the current Coronavirus crisis we are continuing to maintain regular contact with our schools and are on constant standby to assist with the care and education of Key Worker and SEND children. We are still able to register you to work with Simply Education during this time via video link.
You will need to have high expectations for pupils with a wide range of ability and experiences. The successful candidate will need a good understanding of the Early years framework and British National Curriculum and hold high expectations for the learning, behaviour and well-being of all pupils. Ideally you will be committed to working as part of a team and developing links with the wider community. Up to date with current educational thinking and practice, you will be able to produce a stimulating and fun classroom environment using a range of teaching materials and methods.
we are looking for someone adaptable, resourceful, hardworking and with a good sense of humour. The school is committed to working within a strong team ethos and so works hard to foster an environment which promotes inclusion and equality.
To be a successful candidate you will need to;
-Be a Qualified Teacher holding QTS with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of education.
-Have knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Curriculum
-At least 1 years hands on experience within the UK
-Have excellent team working skills
-Have strong classroom management skills
-Be able to communicate confidently with pupils and parents alike
All candidates who register with Simply Education will be required to have an enhanced DBS which is on the update service. All candidates are required to complete a Safeguarding course, or provide a certificate dated within the last three years. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
