English Teacher - SEND School - Bilston 

Temporary to Permanent Position 

Simply Education are recruiting on behalf of a SEND School in Bilston who are looking to appoint a English Teacher on a temporary to permanent contract starting as soon as possible.

This school is independent specialist school that specialize in educating young people aged 8 to 16 years, the pupils that attend may have faced difficulties as a result of complex communication needs typically associated with social and emotional needs. 

At this school the staff help every young person enjoy school life, with the specialist teaching and integrated therapeutic support, small classes and a nurturing approach, they give students a framework for breaking down barriers to learning. If you want to work a school where you can focus on you do best this is the school for you.

If you love to inspire and engaging young people in learning This could be the school for you. You will have a small class size of 4 to 5 pupils supported by one to two teaching assistants.

What do you need?

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of Education. (ECT status also accepted)

-  Great communication skills and a calm classroom management style

- Willing to learn new strategies and participate in training to further your career in working with pupils with SEN.  

- Real passion for education and learning.

- Adaptable and reliable.

- Flexible and confident individual, who has a creative approach to teaching.
