If you are an experienced Geography teacher, I have the perfect role for you! A school in Medway are searching for a Geography specialist to join their team after the February half term. This is a full-time position working 5 days a week and will run until the end of the academic year.
The school are searching for an ambitious, motivated individual who has recent teaching experience. You will need a good understanding of the National Curriculum and be comfortable planning, preparing, and marking. The ability to control and manage a classroom is extremely important for this role. It is also important to be flexible and adaptable due to the current climate as plans can change on a day to day basis.
We are looking for someone who:
•Has strong classroom management skills.
•Has recent experience teaching Geography.
•Has excellent knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 Curriculum.
•Can promote cultural development.
•Is happy to prepare lesson plans and mark work.
•The ability to teach online remotely is a bonus!
