We are currently seeking dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join a close-knit team at a unique independent SEND school located in the picturesque rural area of Ramsgate. The school specialises in catering to the needs of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, providing a nurturing environment where every child can flourish and succeed.

As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the students' educational, emotional, and social development. You will work closely with the passionate teaching staff to deliver tailored learning experiences, providing one-on-one support, small group instruction, and classroom assistance. Your creativity, patience, and commitment will help unlock the potential of each student, empowering them to reach their goals and beyond.


-HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

-Experience working with children with SEMH needs preferred

-A compassionate and patient demeanour

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (due to the rural location)
