Simply Education is working closely with primary schools in Maidstone to recruit a fully qualified KS1/KS2 teacher to join their team. The role starts in ASAP, with the successful candidate ideally available 5 days a week to teach KS1/2 students, as well as plan and mark work.
The school is looking for a teacher who brings enthusiasm and energy to their lessons while demonstrating strong classroom management skills. Candidates should have an in-depth understanding of the British National Curriculum, as the role will require planning and preparing lessons in advance. Recently rated “good” by Ofsted, the school is eager to recruit staff who can help them achieve an “outstanding” rating in their next inspection.
We are looking for someone who:
Has recent experience teaching KS1/2.
Possesses excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Has solid knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
Can encourage cultural development.
Demonstrates strong communication and lesson delivery skills.
Can prepare and plan lessons in advance.
