We are working with a thriving two-form entry primary school located in the heart of Daventry, the school fosters a warm, inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.Their dedicated staff work collaboratively to provide a rich, diverse curriculum that challenges and inspires their children. The school are looking for a KS1 and KS2 cover/supply teacher who can deliver high-quality lessons across all year groups, implement different teaching strategies to cater various learning styles and abilities and to use a range of assessment techniques to monitor pupil progress.The cover teacher should be expected to cover both planned and emergency absences, potentially at short notice and should be available to work with adaptability and flexibility. The successful cover/supply teacher would start in September and be required to start depending on the school's needs and requirements. The school's minimum requirements are to withhold qualified teacher status (QTS) and experience working within a primary school.
• All candidates who register with Simply Education will be required to have an enhanced DBS which is on the Update Service.
• All candidates are required to complete a Safeguarding course, or provide a certificate dated within the last three years.
• All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
• All candidates will have commitment to and responsibility for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people to the relevant extent of the role.
