Job Opportunity: Primary Teacher for KS1/KS2 in Dartford

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of all students.

Implement behavior management strategies to foster a positive and safe learning environment.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized support.

Develop and maintain Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with behavioral needs.

Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and external professionals to support student development.

Participate in professional development opportunities focused on behavior management and inclusive education.

Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and resilience within the classroom and school community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a focus on managing challenging behavior.

Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and inclusive teaching practices.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for inclusive education.
