Position Overview:
As a KS2 Teacher, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire students in Key Stage 2, helping them develop their academic and personal potential. You will be responsible for creating an innovative and engaging curriculum, providing a supportive classroom atmosphere, and working collaboratively with fellow educators to ensure the students' success.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that align with the national curriculum for Key Stage 2.
-Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and fosters a love for learning.
-Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
-Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share effective teaching practices.
-Participate in school-wide activities and professional development opportunities.
-Maintain open communication with parents and guardians to support student development.
Qualifications:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
-Relevant teaching experience, preferably in Key Stage 2.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
-Reliability, enthusiasm, and a passion for motivating students.
