Position: Learning Support Assistant.
Salary: From £400 per week.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting children and young adults with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Provide dedicated support to individuals with SEMH needs.
Foster a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere for personal development.
Collaborate with teaching staff to implement tailored learning strategies.
Monitor and report on the progress of students.
Contribute to the overall well-being and success of the learning community.
Hold a full driving license.
Previous experience working with children or young adults with SEMH needs.
Passion for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
