We are currently working with a number of primary schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas who are in need of day to day, short term, and long term teaching supply staff. As a successful candidate you will:
- Plan and deliver creative lessons in numeracy, literacy and foundation subjects (non planning roles available)
- Assess learning needs and differentiate lessons accordingly
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies
- Establish strong working relationships with pupils and staff
- Promote pupils' progress, achievement and well being
To apply you should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven primary classroom experience
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and national curriculum
- A passion for nurturing children’s development
- A resilient, caring and flexible working style
- A 10 year checkable work history & 2 year referenceable work history
