PRIMARY TEACHING INTERVENTION

Simply Education are currently recruiting for intervention specialists seeking work within primary schools in Northamptonshire, on a supply or longer term basis both part and full time. The role will be a combination of class room teaching, running small intervention groups and possibly 121 support. Due to the schools being closed for so long during the pandemic, there will inevitably be a higher need for intervention and catch up staff within the area.
If you are a primary teacher with a passion for helping students reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you. The ideal candidates will have excellent curriculum knowledge and ideally have experience working with SEND.
As the successful Supply Teacher you will need to
-Be Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of Education
-Passion for teaching and education.
-Have a creative approach to teaching
-Be flexible and adaptable
-Passion for supporting students in their learning
-Possess ambition and drive to become an outstanding class-room practitioner
-Excellent communication and lesson delivery skills
-A hard work ethic
