Posted 6 days ago

If you are a talented, dynamic, and enthusiastic teacher with a passion to inspire and help children learn, then we would like to hear from you!

To support demand across Kent and Medway, Simply Education are looking to speak with Qualified Teachers, Instructors and Cover Supervisors that are looking to work in Secondary Schools, on either a daily or long-term supply basis.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic we are hoping to be in a position that we can support local schools with their supply requirements as soon as they require it. In order to place both our candidates and ourselves in this position we are holding registration interviews now via video call.

We are a locally based staffing agency providing supply work to teachers and support staff across the UK. We started our journey in January 2006 with the aim to provide teaching staff with local supply work. Over the years we have built strong working relationships with our schools and we pride ourselves on placing enthusiastic candidates in their ideal teaching roles.

Our education consultants work hard to effectively match our registered teaching staff to the specific requirements and challenges of every assignment. Our compliance department consistently maintains the highest standards of vetting to ensure we continually maintain our REC Audited Education Status.

If you are looking for flexible hours, full-time or part-time work to compliment current commitments or looking to stay in touch with education, Simply Education are looking to add to our team for when schools return.

You will need to:

•Be a fully qualified Teacher (QTS), newly qualified teacher (NQT) with a PGCE or a Bachelor in Education.

•Have experience of teaching within the UK curriculum; minimum 6 months.

•Be a flexible and confident individual, who has a creative approach to teaching.

The key benefits for working with Simply Education are:

•Your own dedicated Secondary school consultant.

•Access to our unique Educational Development Managers who provide CPD training.

•A variety of daily and long-term positions to suit your needs.

•24/7 access to your dedicated consultant via phone.

•Minimal administration (no timesheets).

•Email and SMS verification of bookings.

•Online diary of bookings, you pick when you want to work!

•School directions.

•£75 refer-a-friend scheme.

All candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check. Due to COVID-19 regulations, any interviews we hold will be conducted over a Zoom call.
