Simply Education are currently seeking fully qualified teachers and instructors in North Lincolnshire to work in SEN schools, in particular SEMH Schools.

The SEMH Teacher will need to have excellent classroom management and the ability to quickly build up a good rapport with their students, some of whom may have challenging behaviors and in some cases be on the Autism Spectrum.

The SEMH teacher will need to be able to plan engaging lessons for their learners and be able to differentiate their lessons to a mixture of abilities. The SEMH teacher will ideally have experience of working in a similar educational setting, however fully qualified teachers and instructors will also be considered should they have the correct qualities for this role.

You will need to:

• Be a fully qualified Teacher (QTS), newly qualified teacher (NQT) with a PGCE or a Bachelor in Education.

• Have experience of teaching within the UK curriculum; minimum 6 months.

• Be a flexible and confident individual, who has a creative approach to teaching.

• Be adaptable and reliable.
