The role will begin in September 2024 however there is a possibility of an earlier start date.

This is a full-time, long-term position. Previous experience working with children with special needs is required.

The ideal candidate will have:

-Experience working with children with SEND, including adapting activities to meet individual needs

-Patience, empathy, and passion for helping every child succeed

-Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, and other staff

-Creativity in making lessons engaging and enjoyable for the student

Duties will involve:

-Providing in-class support to assist the student with lessons, classwork, and activities

-Monitoring and tracking the student's progress

-Assisting with physical needs as necessary

-Facilitating inclusion in group activities

-Implementing goals and objectives
