Location: Northamptonshire/Warwickshire
Position: Full-Time SEN Teachers
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary: Flexible, dependent on experience
Contract Type: Long-term placements with potential for permanent positions
About Us: We are seeking passionate and dedicated fully qualified teachers to join our team in various SEN settings across Northamptonshire and Warwickshire. Our schools cater to students aged 5-18 years old, including pupil referral units, SEMH schools, and institutions supporting learners with PLMD, SpLD, MLD, ASD, ADHD, and behavioural challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
Full planning, preparation, and marking responsibilities.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and support students with behavioural challenges.
Collaborate with support staff and other educators to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Requirements:
Fully qualified teacher status (QTS).
Experience working in SEN settings is highly desirable.
Strong classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bubbly, engaging personality with the ability to handle behavioural issues and be agile in the classroom.
