Simply Education are looking for a SEN Teacher to join our amazing team and help schools based in the Meopham area.

We have an amazing opportunity with the SEN schools we are working with for Teachers who are looking for a new role. We work with some incredible schools which Students with various SEN statements mainly ASD and challenging behaviour, and are looking for kind, nurturing Teachers to join as soon as possible.

• Starting ASAP

• Temporary position

• Based in Kent

• Monday to Friday

• 8.30am-3.30/4.00pm

You will be a qualified teacher holding QTS/QTLS with experience teaching students with Autism/Complex Needs. You will be required to be able to teach a up to a class of 6 students that all have Autism and some also have other needs.

You must attain the ability to plan and deliver creative lessons that are tailored to each individual student needs as each student will work and progress differently. In regard to support you will be accompanied by teaching assistants always. Ideally the SEN Teacher will be a positive and enthusiastic who attains great empathy.

To be accepted for this role you must have:

An up to date DBS


Previous experience teaching within a school or SEN school

Great communication and behaviour management skills
