A school in Medway are seeking a Year 2 Teacher to join their team. This position is a permanent position starting January 2020 working in a ‘Good’ Ofsted report School. Both NQTs and experienced Teachers can be considered for this role. The School are looking to meet the correct Candidate as soon as possible for an informal interview.

The school is a two-form entry with 24 children in each class. The school is a very secure, happy and content school where the school focus on developing respect for others. I work very closely with this school and there is a great support network and is always a happy environment to be in. The behaviour management is key to running this school so the teacher needs to have strong behaviour management as there are some challenging characters in the school. I am looking for someone to support this Year 3 class as they haven’t had a secure teacher since September so they will need a lot of nurturing.

The post is to cover maternity leave. The school are welcoming any teachers to come and look around the school.

The Schools ideal candidate would need to have recent teaching experience, Strong classroom management skills, can promote cultural development, and Close the gap in performance of all pupils with special educational needs or disabilities.
