Job Description:
As a Design Technology teacher specialising in Food Technology, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons that inspire students to explore the world of food, nutrition, and culinary arts. The successful candidate will be adept at designing and implementing a curriculum that aligns with national standards while fostering a creative and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality Food Technology lessons to students of various abilities.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assess and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the Design Technology department.
Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
