We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful school in Daventry starting as soon as possible. Experience working with children in desirable and an understanding of how to support students with their learning is a key essential. The school are looking for a teaching assistant to start straight away to support children in their learning after April. This role is 5 days a week and is fixed until the end of the academic year.
Requirements:
--Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
-Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
-A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the school community.
• All candidates who register with Simply Education will be required to have an enhanced DBS which is on the Update Service.
• All candidates are required to complete a Safeguarding course, or provide a certificate dated within the last three years.
• All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
• All candidates will have commitment to and responsibility for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people to the relevant extent of the role.
