A well-established private nursery located in Hatfield are looking for Level 2 AND Level 3 practitioners and can offer permanent contracts of up to £23,000 per annum. Position: Level 3 Practitioner

They are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Level 2 or 3 Practitioner to join our friendly team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated childcare professional who is committed to delivering exceptional care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years

Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development

Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records of their achievements

Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care

Contribute to the planning and organisation of the nursery environment

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning, and Development)

Previous experience working in a childcare setting

Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
