Primary School Teacher - KS2 (Year 5)

Simply Education is working with a primary school near Sutton-on-Sea to hire an outstanding Primary Teacher for a KS2 class starting in June 2024. This is a full-time position through the end of the current academic year.
The Role:
As a KS2 teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum. Daily planning, marking, and assessment duties are required to track pupil progress. You will create a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative, well-structured lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
Mark students' work, provide feedback and maintain comprehensive records
Manage classroom behaviour effectively using positive strategies
Identify individual learning needs and tailor support accordingly
Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
Uphold all safeguarding and health & safety standards
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Proven experience teaching ks2 or similar year groups
Excellent classroom management abilities
Passion for making a difference in children's lives
