Job Title: Supply Teacher (Secondary Schools)

Position Overview: Simply Education is currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team in Stoke on Trent. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of secondary schools across the area, covering day-to-day absences, short-term assignments, and long-term placements. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking for flexibility and variety in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies, promoting a positive learning environment.
Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of individual students.
Complete accurate registers and provide feedback to the regular class teacher.
Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and school staff to support the learning and development of students.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working as a teacher in a secondary school setting is preferred but not essential.
Strong behavior management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
