Simply Education are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our vibrant and motivated team based in Kent. You will be providing the highest standard of service to schools and candidates to ensure students thrive throughout their school years whilst running your very own desk! If you are looking for a new challenge or are an experienced education consultant, we would love to speak with you.
This is a rewarding role where day to day you will be supporting schools with their recruitment needs, specifically working on roles to support children with learning difficulties. As a recruitment consultant you will be advertising, interviewing teachers and building relationships with schools to help people to find their perfect job.
You will be working alongside an experienced team where you will be provided academy training from Simply Education’s dedicated learning and development instructors. We hold regular fun incentives and social events, encouraging each other to hit personal and work targets alongside a rewarding uncapped commission structure.
This is a full time position working a minimum of 45 hours per week. During school holidays you will benefit from shorter hours with 9am to 2:30pm days!
