Are you a dedicated Learning support assistant who has experience working with SEN Pupils? We are in urgent need of multiple Teaching Assistants to work on a one to one basis with children of various special education needs within one of our primary schools in Oldham on a full-time basis. 

You will need to be passionate about working with SEN and want to make a difference to the learning environment. You will have a great personality and be engaging with an understanding of SEN. This is a very rewarding role where you will be at the forefront of making a difference. ASD experience is not essential but a understanding of SEN is a must. We also offer free CPD training, conducted by our Educational Development Managers to enhance your skills and give you more confidence in your role. Our EDM's are there for you throughout your journey with us through online and face to face training. 

 

Things we are looking for in a Learning Support Assistant:

- You must be eligible to work in the UK

- Great, friendly personality who can engage well with children and other staff members

- Good understanding of SEN

- A passion for education and making a difference to children's learning and development 

- Be flexible, adaptable and reliable 

- Additional skills such as Sport, Music, Art are a bonus
