Course Description

This is our Virtual SEND Intervention (VSENDI) training (90 mins), in which we discuss expectations and approaches to help pupils with SEND in both mainstream and Special Schools return to school successfully and catch-up on missed work as quickly as possible after months at home. Our VSENDI training will give you the opportunity to discuss the differences in supporting pupils with SEND across a range of institutions, and to prepare you for the challenges you may face. It would be beneficial, but not essential, for attendees to have attended the ‘Best Use of Teaching Assistants for Intervention’ webinar prior to this webinar.  This course is CPD Certified, helping add a little extra status to your C.V.All of our courses are complemented by supporting documents and, in addition, we give you access to over 200 of our Teaching Skill Resources.A web-link to a Zoom meeting will be sent to you (after you book on to the training through Eventbrite), along with an email explaining the format of the training, and an attachment to be read beforehand. You will also be sent some worksheets which will be discussed briefly with both of our Education Development Managers during the course. Please inform us of any special requirements at the time of booking.IMPORTANT! The Zoom invite will be sent directly to your email address a few days prior to the event. Please check your junk mail folder and if you have not received it by the start of the week in which the training will take place, contact neil.m@simplyeducation.co.uk. If you book late, your invite will be sent just before the course starts. If you have not received it by 9 a.m. on the day of the course, contact neil.m@simplyeducation.co.uk. It is unlikely that a duplicate invite can be sent after the course has started.
