Job Role: Cover Supervisor / Unqualified Teacher
Salary: £90-110 per day
Location: High Wycombe
We are currently seeking a passionate cover supervisor who is adaptable and happy to teach across a secondary school, who can get involved with school life and the ethos of the relevant departments.
We are currently working with schools across the High Wycombe area in which are looking for a strong cover supervisor. The ideal teacher will be passionate and be able to teach varied lessons with engaging activities that can motivate students to take responsibility of their own learning and support their return to school.
We are looking for someone who:
Has knowledge and understanding of secondary curriculum.
Is a lively, engaging and inspiring classroom practitioner who can build positive relationships and share their passion upon the students.
Has good interpersonal skills, the ability to empathise with young people and build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
Has a commitment to personal, professional development and becoming the best that you can be.
The Requirements:
As the successful Supply Teacher you will need to;
- Have the ability and experience of teaching in your desired specialism or key stage.
- Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
- Possess the passion to have a positive impact within the classroom.
All candidates who register with Simply Education will have 2 years referencing taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
