I am looking for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) in Northamptonshire.
The Early Career Teacher (ECT) role involves working in a school environment, typically during school hours. The role may also involve participating in school events and meetings.
Job Duties as an Early career Teacher (ECT):
-Assist experienced teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
-Support student learning and development in a positive classroom environment.
-Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
-Embrace opportunities for professional growth and learning.
Requirements:
-Relevant teaching qualification or working towards obtaining one.
-Genuine passion for education and nurturing young minds.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Enthusiasm to learn and grow as a teacher.
You will need:
-An Enhanced DBS on the update service.
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
-Up-to-date knowledge of the national curriculum.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting student well-being.
-Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic educational setting.
-All candidates are required to complete a Safeguarding course, or provide a certificate dated within the last three years. All candidates will have commitment to and responsibility for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people to the relevant extent of the role.
