Position Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) Primary Teacher to join a warm and welcoming small school located just outside Chester City. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, tailored to the needs and abilities of the students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and supported.
Establish effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behaviour and a productive learning atmosphere.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and carers to support the holistic development of each child.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their learning journey.
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities as required.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected to obtain QTS by September.
A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of students.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
