Job Title: History Maestro Wanted! Location: Southam, Warwickshire Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum
Ready to embark on a historical adventure? Calling all History aficionados with a passion for teaching! Simply Education is on the lookout for a vibrant and experienced History Teacher to join our team in Southam, Warwickshire. If you've got a knack for making history come alive, a PGCE in History (or a related subject), and experience in UK secondary schools, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport students through time with captivating and dynamic History lessons.
• Unearth the mysteries of the past and ignite curiosity among your pupils.
• Weave exciting narratives that turn history into a thrilling adventure.
• Assess student progress and sprinkle constructive feedback like historical gold dust.
• Collaborate with fellow time-travel enthusiasts and contribute to our historical curriculum.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE in History (or related subject).
• Proven experience as a History Teacher in a UK secondary school.
• A valid UK DBS on the update service would be music to our ears but not essential.
• Enthusiastic about creating a lively and engaging learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
