Simply Education are looking to appoint a passionate and inspiring Class Teacher for KS2, to join a successful, supportive and enthusiastic team within a school in the Clacton-on-Sea, Essex area. We are looking for a teacher who can work together in supporting and inspiring the pupils in a part-time/job share role. Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their academic development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to curriculum planning and share best practices.
• Establish effective communication with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement and attendance.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/PGCE) and relevant teaching qualifications.
• Proven experience in teaching primary school children, preferably within the UK.
• Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and a passion for delivering high-quality lessons.
• Strong classroom management skills, creating a safe and positive learning environment.
• Effective communication skills to engage with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and willingness to contribute to the school community.
