The schools are particularly interested in Psychology and criminology graduates who are aspiring Education Psychologists/Clinical Psychologists/Occupational Therapists.

Some experience working with children in various settings would be beneficial, but personality and motivation within this field are just as important!
The pupils have many needs including Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH), Autism and behavioural difficulties. Therefore, the school is looking for committed individuals with a drive to progress!
