Qualified Nursery Practitioner
Salary - £12.82 - £14.73 per hour
Location – Winsford
Start – Immediate start available!
Hours – Between 15 and 40 a week – Flexible between Monday and Friday
(Between 08:30-15:30)
Simply Education are proud to be working with a school-based Nursery, who have a role for a dedicated childcare practitioner to join their close-knit team. The hours are flexible between 8:30-3:30, giving you the option to work either part-time or full-time.
This Nursery provides a beautiful setting, and is OFSTED rated Outstanding. The manager's outstanding leadership has created a dedicated, passionate team with long serving staff, the successful candidates will be joining a team with a large support network.
The ideal candidate will have:
-Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
-Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
-Experience of the EYFS and using it within a nursery setting.
-Be enthusiastic, passionate and full of ideas to encourage learning and development.
-Either level 2/3 Early Years Childcare qualification or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
-Contribute to a high standard of quality within the nursery, including practice, environment and resources to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
-Plan and facilitate activities, and support children’s learning at all times
-Ensure that equality of access and opportunity is provided to all children, parents, staff and visitors.
-Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, colleagues and visitors.
-Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures and undertake a shared responsibility for cleanliness and health and safety throughout the nursery
