Secondary School Science Teacher

Location: Guilsborough Village

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum

Simply Ed is working with local schools and is actively searching for a dedicated Science Teacher to join their vibrant educational community. If you have a solid background in UK secondary schools, possess a PGCE in Science (or related subject), and have a comprehensive understanding of biology, chemistry, and physics, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons, covering the three sciences: biology, chemistry, and physics.

• Implement innovative teaching strategies to cultivate curiosity and critical thinking in students.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.

• Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Science curriculum.

• Cultivate positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE in Science (or related subject).

• Proven experience as a Science Teacher in a UK secondary school.

• A valid UK DBS on the update service is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of biology, chemistry, and physics; specialization in one is highly advantageous.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
