Supply Teachers Needed in Lincoln!
Simply Education are looking for an adaptable and dedicated supply teacher to cover a range of classes and subjects in secondary school in Lincoln.
As the supply teacher, you will be assigned your own timetable and classes that you will cover consistently throughout the year. You will need to be able to confidently teach a variety of subjects up to GCSE level for students aged 11-16 years old. Excellent classroom management and organisation skills are essential to keep students engaged and motivated.
The ideal candidate will:
Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Be able to adapt teaching style to engage different learners
Be confident managing classroom behaviour and building rapport with teenagers
Have excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with staff
Be passionate about making a difference as a teacher
