Have you worked previously in a Mainstream school and are looking to transition into SEN specialist settings?

As a Teacher you will be supporting a small class of students with ASD and SEN needs to thrive in education. As a Teacher you will be teaching main subjects as well as increasing independent skills for students. We are looking for a Teacher who is kind, caring and considerate who is keen to take on a class within an SEND setting.

Simply Education are seeking a specialist ASD/SEN Teacher for an all through provision in Northamptonshire, who encourage their young learners to be independent and teaching them life skills. The provision are seeking a full time SEN specialist teacher who has had previous experience working with young learners who have (ASD).

-              Can communicate effectively and efficiently with young pupils

-              Plan and deliver effective curriculum that fits the needs of the students you are working with

-              The ability to read body language and moods

-              Ability to think proactively

-              To assist with child development plans

-              A passionate and positive approach to learning

-              Able to promote and encourage independence at all times

-              Capability to promote the development of positive social behaviours and self-regulation skills

 

All candidates who register with Simply Education will have 2 years referencing taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
