Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Special Educational Needs (SEN) School.

Salary: £400 - £450 per week.

Job Description:

As a Teaching Assistant in this Special Educational Needs school, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of learning disabilities and requirements. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Providing one-on-one support to students with Special Educational Needs.

Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons.

- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Building strong rapport with students, fostering their confidence and self-esteem.

- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.

Requirements:

- A minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

- A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.

- Passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, empathy, and resilience.
