Role: Sports Coach Salary: £375 - £425 per week Location: Ellesmere Port  Start Date: April Start Contract: Full-time, Long-term contract   Simply Education is seeking passionate Sports Coaches to work in our SEND and SEMH settings across Cheshire. As a Sports Coach you will be responsible for building rapport and inspiring students to reengage with their learning. It is important to note that our students have not had the conventional school experience so thinking on your feet and being adaptable and versatile in your role is essential. The role itself will include a combination of general Teaching assistant duties with an element of sports on specific days. You will be responsible for supporting students on a 1:1 basis or as part of a small group. Due to consistency for our students being a priority you must be able to commit to a full-time role Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 3:30. Our students do have varied special educational needs including Autism and ADHD. As a result, there can be rare incidences of behaviour when our students become overwhelmed. Therefore, it is important that you are patient, empathetic and nurturing in your approach. Successful candidates must be resilient and understanding of students arising needs.
